VISION STATEMENT:
Progressive Theatre Workshop serves as a malleable forum for the creation, development, and performance of highly original pieces of theatre. The work
produced by PTW must always ask specific poignant questions regarding the dynamics
of human existence and relations while simultaneously stretching the boundaries of live theatre as an art form. We seek
to fulfill these requirements through the integration of carefully selected subject matter and the organic development
of performance text and design. Additionally, we will utilize methods of theatricality that will ask our audiences
to consider the stage as a place of evolution where experimental methods are married with historical standards in order
to progress the art form of theatre into the future.
MISSION STATEMENT:
PTW will produce tomorrow's theatre . . . today.
