AUDIENCE RESPONSE FROM SHOWUP.COM

"A Unique Work the Likes Phoenix Never Gets"
Review posted by: In Awe from Phoenix, AZ, Feb 05, 2009

This show took me through an emotional acid trip. I knew these people lived in my world but never wanted to realise just why they are the way they are. This is performance art at its best. I have not seen anything like this since I left New York. The cast is amazing and the boys are great movers. Paul does a really dead on performance as Rev. Fred Phelps. However, I will never look at laundry the same now that I watched this actress Johanna turn into a raging demon right before my eyes. I am not sure where she came from but you need to keep an eye on her because she is good theatre on her own. Don't miss this show because who knows when you will get a chance to see something like this in Arizona again.

"Disturbing but great"

We weren't expecting such a intense, bizarre, and powerful production. Even though this show was so different than the kind of theater we usually see, we were very pleased and talked about it all teh way home. Also, the technical stuff was really amazing and professional.
